The Vice-Dean’s Office for Higher Education in the First and Second Cycles, Continuing Education, Certificates, and Graduate Studies is responsible for the following:

Monitoring matters related to the conduct of education and training programs organized by the university.

Ensuring that the training programs offered by the faculties and institutes are consistent with the university’s development plan.

Ensuring compliance with current regulations regarding registration, re-registration, academic assessment, and student transfers.

Monitoring distance learning activities organized by the university and developing continuing education programs.

Ensuring compliance with current regulations and procedures regarding the issuance of degrees and equivalencies.

Ensuring the maintenance and updating of the student roster.
