It is responsible for the following:

Promoting the university’s relations with its social and economic environment and initiating partnership programs.

Initiating all activities aimed at promoting inter-university exchange and cooperation in the fields of education and research.

Carrying out outreach and communication activities.

Organizing and promoting scientific events.

Ensuring the implementation of professional development and continuing education programs for faculty members and overseeing their coordination.
