Within the framework of strengthening cooperation between the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the Ministry of Knowledge Economy, Start-ups, and Micro-enterprises, and to further consolidate the partnership between the university and its economic environment, a partnership agreement project was signed on Monday, February 16, 2026. The ceremony took place at the headquarters of the University of Health Sciences between the University and the National Agency for Entrepreneurship Support and Development.
The signing ceremony was held in the presence of the Rector of the University, Professor Gharnaout Merzak, and the Director General of the Agency, Mr. Achacha Bilel. Also in attendance were Professor Taleb Soumia Chahinez, Director of Studies and National Coordinator of University Entrepreneurship Development Centers, and Professor Aziz Nadhir, National Coordinator of University Business Incubators at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, along with senior executives from both the university and the agency.
On this occasion, both parties emphasized the vital importance of this partnership in disseminating and instilling an entrepreneurial culture within the academic milieu. The agreement aims to foster a spirit of initiative and innovation among students and to provide mentorship for project holders to translate their ideas and initiatives into tangible reality, thereby contributing to the promotion of economic and knowledge-based development dynamics.
