On Wednesday evening, December 17, 2025, at the University of Health Sciences, a cooperation and academic partnership agreement was signed between the University of Health Sciences, represented by its Director, Professor Ghernaout Merzak, and Johns Hopkins University, represented by its Chancellor, Todd Sheard, in the presence of university officials.

This agreement represents a highly significant strategic step, reflecting a shared commitment to strengthening international cooperation and the exchange of expertise, developing scientific research, and elevating academic and medical education to the highest global standards. This will benefit students, faculty, and researchers, and contribute to improving the quality of healthcare services.
