Hosts an Information Day on the Future of Military Health

As part of efforts to strengthen cooperation and openness between the university and various national institutions, the University of Health Sciences hosted an information day on Monday, May 18, 2026, focusing on military health services, organized in coordination with the Central Directorate of Military Health Services of the Ministry of National Defense, for the benefit of medical students specializing in medicine, dentistry, and pharmacy.

The event took place in the university’s main lecture hall, attended by the university president, Professor Gharnaout Marzouk, the vice presidents, the university secretary-general, and the deans of the faculties, as well as officials and representatives from the Central Directorate of Military Health Services, the university community, and students.

This information day provided a unique opportunity to introduce students to the various training, employment, and career paths offered by the Military Health Services through orientation sessions and presentations led by specialists and officials from the Ministry of National Defense. These sessions highlighted the vital role played by the Military Health Services in supporting the national health system, as well as its contribution to the training and supervision of medical and paramedical professionals.
