Today, July 7, 2026, at the Ministry’s headquarters, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Mr. Kamal Badari, presided over the launch of the 2026 Guidance and Registration Bulletin for Baccalaureate Holders, which promotes a digital, open university that shapes the professions of tomorrow. It highlights digital and pedagogical transformations through:

1- #Full_digitization of the ministerial guide in the form of an interactive digital platform.

2- #First-time_inclusion of the #Large_Language_Model, which enables students to ask questions directly to artificial intelligence and receive immediate, personalized answers.

3- The ability to process and analyze student preferences and guide them using data mining to ensure the success of their selection and guidance process.

4- #Increasing_the_number_of_choices from 10 to 12.

5- #Developing_new_programs in artificial intelligence, quantum computing, aerospace systems engineering, new medical and health specializations, and joint programs with foreign universities.

6-The initiative also works to enhance the visibility of university degrees at the national and international levels.
