Meeting of the Medical English Cooperation and Academic Mobility Unit at the University of Health Sciences
A meeting of the Medical English Cooperation and Academic Mobility Unit was held on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at the University of Health Sciences, as part of the monitoring and evaluation of the progress made in the implementation of various national and international agreements.
The meeting was attended by the Rector of the University of Health Sciences, Professor Gharnaout Merzak, and the Deputy-Rector in charge of External Relations, Professor Dellassi Tahar, along with the members of the unit. The discussions focused on the current status of cooperation agreements at both the national and international levels, as well as on identifying potential challenges and exploring ways to activate these agreements and improve their academic and scientific impact.
The meeting also provided an opportunity to exchange views on prospects for expanding areas of cooperation, strengthening academic mobility programs for students, professors, and researchers, and further promoting the use of Medical English in education, scientific research, and academic publishing.
The meeting concluded by emphasizing the importance of continuous coordination among unit members and the need to accelerate the implementation of cooperation agreements in order to support the university’s openness and enhance its scientific visibility at both the national and international levels.
