As part of the implementation of the National Program for the Development of University Entrepreneurship, and in accordance with the Entrepreneurship Training Guide approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the Ministry of Knowledge Economy, Startups, and Microenterprises, and the International Labor Organization (ILO), on Monday, July 6, 2026, the President of the University of Health Sciences, Professor Gharnaout Marzouk, presided over the opening of the first training session for economic project owners at the Center for Entrepreneurship Development at the University of Health Sciences, in coordination with the Center for Entrepreneurship Development at the University of Algiers 2, in the presence of representatives from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

The opening ceremony was attended by:

🔹 Professor Mir Ahmed, Advisor to the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and Chair of the National Coordinating Committee for Monitoring Innovation, University Entrepreneurship, and Incubators.

🔹 Mr. Rabhi Adel, Director of the Provincial Agency for Entrepreneurship Support and Development – Central Algiers.
